Breakfast is served between 8:30am-10:00am

A graduate of the Parisian cooking school “Le Cordon Bleu”, Annick will create a seasonal breakfast reflecting the seasons, using fresh and high-quality ingredients sourced from local farms and businesses.

Depending on the season, it is composed of fresh, locally sourced ingredients including hot beverages, squeezed fruit juices, a variety of breads and pastries, yogurt, cheese, charcuterie, smoked fish, eggs, fresh fruit salad, dried fruits, etc.


With a degree as well from the “Wine and Spirit Trust Education”, Annick can introduce you to the workings of the wine region of Burgundy including comprehensive wine tastings.
